WHAT TYPES OF CARS DO YOU HAVE, AND HOW MUCH DO THEY COST TO RENT?
We have three vehicle classes:
Compact, such as Ford Focus or Mitsubishi Mirage, $50/day, $315/week.
Mid-Size, such as Toyota Corolla or Honda Accord $62/day, $390/week
SUV, such as Chevy Equinox or Hyundai Kona, $66/day, $413/week
All prices are subject to a 10% sales tax.
DO YOU HAVE A DAILY MILEAGE LIMIT?
All vehicle rentals include 150 miles a day for free. Those miles roll over during the course of the rental; for example, if a vehicle is rented for four days the total miles available to be driven is 600, regardless of which day they were driven. Any excess mileage is charged at $.40/mile.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED, AND WHERE CAN I PICK UP AND DROP OFF MY RENTAL CAR?
We are located at 171 S. Madison St. in La Grange TX, in the same building as Berger’s Collision Repair. Vehicles can be picked up and dropped off at this location. If you are flying into and/or out of our local airport, Fayette Regional Airport, we will drop off a car for you and pick it up when the rental is over. With prior arrangement by telephone, we can do other in-town drop-offs and pickups.
WHAT HOURS ARE YOU OPEN?
We’re open 9-5, M-F. With prior arrangement by telephone, weekend drop-offs can occur, but pickups must occur during regular business hours.
DO YOU SELL COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVERS OR OTHER PROTECTION WAIVERS?
We do not. For this reason, we require proof of complete insurance coverage for each driver contracted to drive the vehicle. Any claimable damage to the vehicle or another person or property will be claimed on the driver’s insurance. Any damage below the driver’s deductible amount will be charged to the driver.
WHO CAN DRIVE THE CAR?
Only persons who have provided the proper documentation and signed the rental contract may drive the vehicle. No exceptions.
CAN I HAVE MY PETS IN THE CAR?
Unfortunately not. We love our pets too, but it’s just too messy.
CAN I SMOKE IN MY RENTAL?
Absolutely not. And trust us, we’ll know.
DO YOU HAVE ANY PICKUP TRUCKS?
We don’t. Hopefully some day.
